Signoff

When you are scheduling the time-line for your yearbooks creation, it is very important to leave adequate time for proofing and sign-off by the relevant people at your school. Once you have completed your yearbook you should get each individual teacher who contributed to your yearbook to sign off on their content, each form teacher to sign off on the names of the students in their form and your principal to sign off on the entire yearbook. Depending on the size of your school you may choose to email all relevant people with a PDF copy of your yearbook or to

Once your yearbook has been signed off by individual contributors and home-room staff, we recommend showing your yearbook to your principal.
