What kind of paper stock do you use?

All our books are printed on high-quality 150 gram paper. Large orders are printed using offset printing, while smaller orders are printed using digital printing technology.

Are there any computer requirements? Do I have to download any software?

Fusion Books does not require you to download any software. So you can access your book wherever there is a reasonably fast Internet connection. Fusion Books works on both Windows and Macs.

Our media class usually creates our yearbook. Are they still able to contribute?

We believe Fusion Books makes creating a yearbook or a Graduation book a more manageable task for students. Instead of creating the entire yearbook from scratch, the students can create several pages in PhotoShop or any other design program and upload them as a full-page in the book. These would create interesting feature pages, for example a collage.

How much does a Fusion Book cost?

Prices depend on the number of pages in your book and the number of copies ordered. We also offer a Standard and Premium package to suit your budget. Contact us to obtain a quote.

Our students would like to create a Graduation Book although they cannot afford it. Do you have any suggestions?

Local businesses may be willing to sponsor your Graduation Book. We have the facility for your sponsors to pay directly online and as recognition for their contribution, you can include their logo on the final page of your Graduation Book. 

Our Year 12 class is creating a Fusion Book for our graduating class, I am not on the committee. What do I have to do?

You will be sent an email from Fusion Books inviting you to come and create your profile online. To do this, simply click on the link in the email and login using the password supplied. You can upload your photo and fill in the questions. You may also be invited to write an article or submit photos for a certain theme, for example, the Year 12 Ball.

I am the coordinator for our school annual. What do I have to do?

When you click 'Get Started' on this website, you will be invited to fill in a couple of questions. You can choose the page titles (though don't worry as these can be changed as you go along) and then invite people to contribute to the different sections by adding their email address. We will then send an email to these people on your behalf and you can sit back and watch your school annual come together!

Do we have to pay to use the software?

No, the software is included as part of the Fusion Books package. You only have to pay for the books you order.

What is the difference between a yearbook and a Graduation Book?

In a school environment yearbooks are typically used to commemorate the year of the entire school, while Graduation  Books are created to reflect upon the years at school of the graduating class.

Who owns copyright in the Fusion Book?

You must ensure you have the rights for all content included in your Fusion Book. Copyright in the content lies with the person who created the image or took the photograph. Copyright of the page designs lies with Fusion Books.

How many books can we order?

There is no limit on the number of books you can order. Discounts are given for large orders, please contact us for a quote.

Do we get a proof of our book before printing?

With Fusion Books your Yearbook committee can have a full-quality preview of your entire book any time you require. Simply click the 'Preview Book' button and you will get a full-quality preview of your book which you can print and proof.

What type of pages can we have in our book?

Fusion Books has been specially designed to enable you to easily create Article pages, Photo Pages, Profiles, Passport Photos, Group Photos, Question and Answer Pages, Polls, Before and After Photos and Autograph Pages. You can also 'create your own' page by uploading a full-page image- this is a particularly popular option to create your front-cover.

Is Fusion Books site secure?
